In 1967, our founder Sheikh. Moeid S. Al Otaibi and his brother (Sheikh. Owaidh Al Otaibi) established Takwa spare parts company, which evolved to be a closed joint stock company, and one of Saudi Arabia's Largest dealers of genuine and aftermarket spare parts.
With $150 million dollars turnover and over 40 branches across the Kingdom, Takwa has become a major logistical partner for many spare parts manufacturers in East Asia, North America and Europe through joint ventures, and exclusive distributor agreements. Takwa has plans to become a publicly listed company.
